Customs, Duties and Taxes

Eclectically by Liz, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, taxes, and customs duties) are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost Packages

For lost packages, if your tracking number shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. If the issue remains unresolved, please reach out to us, and we will assist in tracking the package.

Shipping Delays

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier issues may cause delays. If your order is delayed significantly, please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package directly through the shipping provider’s website using the tracking number provided.

Processing Time

All orders will be processed (packed) within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. After the processing time, the estimated shipping time is 5-8 business days, not accounting for any delays or issues with the postal service. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
