Refund Policy

Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards and PayPal, Google Pay and Klarna. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order.

Prices

Prices are listed in U.S dollars and may change without notice. However, changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.

Product Information and Availability

We attempt to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible, but cannot guarantee that product descriptions, colors, or images are error-free. All items are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Wrong Shipping Address

If the customer provides an incorrect shipping address and the package gets lost, it will not be eligible for a refund or store credit. In cases where the package is returned to us undamaged, the customer will be responsible for paying any additional shipping fees and providing the correct address for re-shipment. Alternatively, the customer may choose to receive store credit for the cost of the product only, excluding shipping fees. For all instances where packages are returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any associated shipping costs.

Lost Packages

In the event that your package is lost in transit, we advise you to file a lost package claim with USPS. Occasionally, carriers may mark a package as delivered when it has not yet arrived. Typically, such packages are delivered on the next business day. If you require information to confirm package details, feel free to contact us. Please note that we cannot issue refunds or store credit for packages lost in transit, as this matter is beyond our control.

Store Credit

Once your store credit request has been reviewed, you will be notified by email of approval or rejection of your claim. If approved, the email will include instructions on how to redeem your store credit. Please note that store credit is limited to the cost of the item; shipping charges, discounted, or sale items are not eligible for credit.

Size Issues

Unfortunately, we cannot issue store credit if an item does not fit as expected. To assist with your purchase, each product description provides measurements or size references. We recommend reviewing these details carefully before placing your order. If further information is needed, please contact us for additional sizing guidance. In some cases, for clothing items, we may offer an even exchange or store credit. Please note that shipping charges will be paid by the customer in all cases. We reserve the right to honor this conditions at our discretion.

Sale Items

All Sale items are final and not returnable or qualify for store credit.

Incorrect Item Selection

If an item was incorrectly chosen, you will have 24 hours after the purchase to contact us so we can assist you.
